LORE Portable Privacy Policy
Effective September 3, 2026.
LORE Portable is private, owner-operated software associated with JudgeNeil.com and run locally. This policy covers its optional Google and YouTube connection.
Data accessed: With the account owner’s OAuth consent, LORE may read basic YouTube channel identity and metadata and upload videos to the selected channel. It does not request or store a Google password.
Use: Google user data is used only to verify the intended channel, perform owner-requested uploads, record upload status, and diagnose publishing failures.
Storage and protection: OAuth credentials, channel identifiers, and publishing records are stored locally inside the portable project with restricted file permissions. They are not used for advertising or profiling.
Sharing: LORE does not sell Google user data and does not share it with unrelated third parties. Data is sent to Google or YouTube only as required to use their APIs.
Retention and deletion: Local credentials remain until the owner disconnects the channel or removes the credential record. Publishing records are retained locally for operational history. Access may be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and local deletion may be requested using the contact below.
Limited Use: LORE’s handling of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
